Jim> The UK Gear you referenced look fine. But I know there are other, less expensive options. I use New Balance because they fit me the best and I get the most/best wear out of them. I know there are other all-black or predominantly-black models from New Balance.
But I've seen other referees wear perfectly acceptable (predominantly black, logo should be understated and preferably white) running shoes from Adidas and Asics as well. I'm sure there are others as well.

Check your local big-box sporting goods store (Dicks, etc) and your mall-based sporting apparel store (Foot Locker, Finish Line, etc) and see what they have. I know I'll be in the market to replace my New Balance after the fall season. That will be two years of games on them. Because they're not all-leather like my turf shoes, I don't expect them to hold up as well.

Good luck on your search!

I too suffer from foot issues (plantar fasciitis). I'm ok for 2 or 3 games using my Adidas Adipure turfs or molded cleats, but beyond that...discomfort. I really like the looks of the New Balance shoe you are using, but it seems they've discontinued it. I can't find the replacement. I was considering these: http://www.roadrunnersports.com/rrs/products/UKW108/ made by a company called UK Gear. You'd think someone would make a decent black field shoe.
